Sessions will be in the P.N.Lebedev Physical Insitute (53, Leninsky Prospect).

Scientific Program will be mainly composed of invited talks. A limited number of suggested talks may be accepted. Proposals can be submitted via Suggested Talk Application Form before April 28, 2002.

participation fee   

The registration fee is USD 300 for participants and USD 150 for accompanying persons. It covers a copy of the proceedings, welcome party, banquet, coffee-breaks and local transportation from and to the airport.
The hotel room prices range from USD 30 to USD 200 per night for reasonable quality to top quality options, all within short distance from the conference venue.

social program   

The Organizing Committee is planning to arrange a sightseeing of Moscow, visits to museums, theatres, etc. for extra charge. A special social program for the accompanying persons will be also organized.
