The Theory Department hosts the Chair of Problems of Physics and Astrophysics of the Landau Phystech School of Physics and
Research at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT). Established in 1968 by V.L. Ginzburg, the Chair is currently headed
by Academician K.P. Zybin. Training is provided in fields such as astrophysics, condensed physics, biophysics, and high-energy physics.

The Theory Department also hosts the Chair of Theory of Fundamental Interactions and Quantum Gravity of the Landau Phystech
School of Physics and Research at MIPT (Head of the Chair: Corresponding Member of the RAS M.A. Vasiliev). The curriculum covers all
major areas of modern quantum field theory, elementary particle physics, and mathematical physics. Classes are conducted by the
Theory Department staff and guest lecturers.

Furthermore, the Theory Department staff provide scientific supervision for PhD students specializing in "Theoretical Physics"
(1.3.3) within the postgraduate program of the Lebedev Physical Institute.
